Unfortunately the Round Robin on 29 April was cancelled due to the weather, but we hope to reschedule it – probably on Sunday 20 May.

We have a new sign!  On the corner of Cherry and Burnet Streets.  Thanks to Graham Finnie and Bill Cox, who did a great job setting it in concrete – also to LJ Signs.

Adults – what does Ballina Tennis have for me?

Welcome to the Ballina Tennis Club website, which has been designed for both members and non-members.

If you are a member, we shall keep you informed of events, activities , and happenings. If not we hope this website might encourage you to join us on our courts, if not as a member, at least to play tennis either privately or by joining some of the club’s programs. Members do have a number of advantages, including discounted rates for play and coaching, insurance through Tennis NSW, and social membership of the Ballina Bowling and Recreation Club. Learners, for whom coaching is available, and visitors to Ballina are equally welcome, whether as members or otherwise.

We have approximately 200 members of all ages and abilities, and there are plenty of opportunities for everyone to play on one of our eleven synthetic grass courts throughout the week from early morning to 9.30 pm. If our clubhouse is unattended, a key to the courts can be obtained from the Ballina Bowling and Recreation Club, which is also our major sponsor.

We should also like to acknowledge here the assistance provided by Paradise FM radio and the Ballina Advocate.

Details of fees, programs, coaching, and contact persons can be easily found in the following pages, as well as a copy of the most recent club newsletter.
